What you buy, what it costs, and what each of us is responsible for.
Prices are the ones on the pricing page when you buy, your first packet is free, and a person on your side approves every packet before anyone submits it.
Last updated 17 September 2026. These are the terms for using strategic-innovations.ai and buying from Strategic Innovations AI. By creating an account, sending a request or making a purchase you agree to them.
What we sell
- One free packet: one de-identified denial, prepared and put in a console within two working days, at no charge.
- Appeal packets: $39 each, paid at checkout, with no subscription. You send one de-identified denial per packet, from the link in your purchase email or from your console, and the packet is in your console within two working days of the denial arriving.
- Pilot design: a written brief for one workflow, delivered within five working days of payment.
- Managed pilot: we prepare the packets for one workflow, with a named reviewer on your side, priced per month with 400 completed items included and a per-item rate after that. A completed item is one packet a reviewer approved, with or without corrections; rejected packets are recorded and never charged.
Billing
- Prices are the ones on the pricing page when you buy. Payment is through Stripe.
- Starter and Pro workspace plans are no longer sold. Existing subscriptions continue on the terms they were bought under until cancelled; to cancel, email support@strategic-innovations.ai from your account address.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded.
- The pilot design fee is credited against the first month of a managed pilot started within 90 days of the brief.
- Per-item charges on a managed pilot are invoiced monthly in arrears against the recorded count of completed items, which you can inspect.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think it has been used by someone else. You are responsible for what is done under your account. One person per account. Your account lists consoles for your email only after you confirm the address.
Acceptable use
Do not put anything that identifies a patient into a free or paid packet request, the contact form or an email to us. Patient information belongs only in a managed pilot's console upload, under a signed Business Associate Agreement. Do not use the service to break the law, to attack other systems, or to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend an account or pause a pilot that does.
Human review
We prepare; a person decides. A packet is a draft for your clinician or reviewer to check. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and nothing is sent to a payer or any third party on your behalf; a person in your organization submits it.
Our responsibility
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time by email. We can end the agreement with thirty days' notice, or immediately for a breach of these terms.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top changes and account holders are told by email. Questions go to support@strategic-innovations.ai.
